Country Peddlers Launches New Corporate Identity
After an extensive make over, which included numerous Summit V customizations to support new business rules and a new order fulfillment system, Country Peddlers has re-invented itself as AtHome America. "The new 'us' includes a more diverse collection of products…that appeal to the tastes of many. We have created a sophisticated new company look, one that represents the years of experience we have under our belts," said AtHome America President, Lisa Brandau.

In a recent letter to Jenkon's President, Becky Wright, CEO of AtHome America, remarked, " We can't thank you and your incredible team enough for all of the effort and hard work you put in to help make our launch a success! We feel privileged that you were part of the process of our change and consider your company an important part of AtHome America!"

"I know I speak for the entire Jenkon team when I say how proud we are to have had the opportunity to play a supporting role in Country Peddlers' growth and success as a company," Robert Cavitt, President and CEO of Jenkon, comments. "We congratulate them on the successful launch of their new corporate identity and look forward to working closely together to provide unique technology solutions and services that support AtHome America's continued success."

Founded in 1982 by Lisa Brandau and Becky Wright, AtHome America is a direct selling company specializing in quality home products that reflect American traditions. The company has been a Jenkon client since 1997.

IBM acquires Informix Software
IBM’s recent acquisition of Informix Software and their commitment to continue developing, supporting and promoting the database reinforces the technological robustness of Summit V’s foundation. Sherri Mead, Director of Marketing for Jenkon commented, “The tremendous added value of having an IBM branded database as our foundation serves to broaden Jenkon's market opportunity by re-introducing our products to numerous direct selling companies that have acknowledged the need for Summit V’s superior functionality and feature set.
