Challenge
To integrate an existing Summit V system with a new Enterprise system (Great Plains) and catalogue order entry system (MultiMedia Live). The new IT strategy would coincide with automation of their order fulfillment system, a complete change in Country Peddlers' business rules and a new corporate identity, each of which would require additional customizations to support. The timeline would present additional challenges with only 2 1/2 months to implement a complex solution that would normally take 6 months.

Solution
Jenkon found it necessary to change the standard way of conducting business with clients in order to accommodate Country Peddler's tight deadline. It was also necessary to actively coordinate the project with MultiMedia Live and Great Plains to facilitate a smooth and effective integration of the highly customized programs with Summit V. Jenkon staff worked around the clock to support the project, which was successfully launched in February 2002.

Provide a cost-effective web solution capable of importing and exporting data between the client's web site and Summit V. eOndeck was using MotionGrid, one of the direct selling industry's leading eCommerce solutions, and wanted to leverage Jenkon's proven system on the backend.

Jenkon's team of developers worked closely with eOndeck staff to create a custom solution that met their technology and budgetary needs. A completely new software interface was built that enabled Summit V to accept new distributors from the client's web site and export information back to the site.
