Jenkon helps our direct selling clients grow their businesses by providing software and related services that improve communication with their representatives, increase their control over key business drivers and facilitate international growth

Benefits Along with a competitive salary, Jenkon offers to full-time employees the following:

  • Benefits begin on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment for all employees who work over 30 hours per week. This includes paid medical, vision, dental, life insurance, AD&D, and long-term disability.

  • Employees are eligible for our 401(k) plan after 2 months. Sign-ups occur twice yearly - January & July. You may contribute up to 15% of income per year, pre-tax into a personal investment account. Multiple investment choices available to each employee.

  • At Jenkon, you'll also be compensated for time off with pay. This includes vacation (starting with 2 weeks per year), 8 paid holidays, and 32 hours of sick time each year.

  • Professional development is important at Jenkon. That's why we offer a tuition reimbursement plan for all employees who have been here over 90 days.

  • To round out our package, Jenkon offers other perks to our staff: Casual dress work environment, monthly birthday celebrations, annual holiday party, as well as other social events throughout the year.
