For example, you may make arrangements for operations training on site at your business location, or you may send key personnel to a software class at Jenkon's headquarters in Vancouver, Washington. Hands-on software training significantly improves the efficiency and productivity of direct-selling enterprises. The five-day Summit V and three-day Ascent training classes are designed to address critical day-to-day operations, including software setup, security, inventory, sales orders, credit card processing, returns and exchanges, accounts receivable, customer service, and more. Future offerings will include self-paced training guides and computer-based training courses. All Engaje-related training is customized and generally takes place at your business location.
