About Customer Support at Jenkon
To receive answers to questions about Jenkon, call our Customer Service Department, or submit your questions via our online submittal form. Our support representatives are ready to help you with:

  • Technical guidance on functionality of our products
  • Suggestions and "How-To" answers on product usage

We make every attempt to handle your call live. However, if you find it necessary to leave a message, we will call you back within 1 hour (during normal hours of operation).
